The U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) reported recently that in Fiscal Year (FY) 2011, it has issued 55,800 H-1B visas under the Regular Cap.  The agency has also issued all 20,000 visas under the Master’s Cap.  At this time there are only 9,200 visas available.
