California Man Arrested and Charged with Visa Fraud
The U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (USICE) reported this week that a man from California was arrested earlier this week and charged with conspiracy to commit visa fraud.
He was the mastermind of an immigration fraud scheme that involved foreign students enrolled at schools in the Southern California area including several junior colleges and, three California State University campuses.

H-1B Visa Season to Begin for FY 2011
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) reported today that on April 1, 2010, applications for H-1B visas for Fiscal Year (FY) 2011 will be accepted.
