Peter C. Pappas
An immigration attorney with over 15 years experience helping people immigrate to and work in the United States.
Peter has represented hundreds of legal immigrants from all parts of the world in connection with the full range of immigration services.
He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Florida Bar Association and The Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is admitted to practice before the United States Immigration Court, the United States Tax Court, the United States Supreme Court, U.S. District Courts – Middle District of Florida.
Peter is also a certified public accountant with over 20 years of experience assisting immigrants and foriegners with their U.S. tax filing obligations.

Carlos Bajaña, Jr.
Carlos is a Senior Immigration Paralegal with fourteen years of experience in all phases of American immigration law.
Before joining Pappas & Associates, P.A. in January of 2004, Carlos worked as a senior immigration paralegal for two of the most respected immigration law firms in New York City.
Carlos is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian.

Anais Pickard
Anais is an immigration assistant who assists Mr. Pappas and Mr. Bajaña in the processing of all immigration cases.
Ms. Pickard is currently studying management at the University of Central Florida business school.
Anais is fluent in English and Spanish.
