Federal Government Agrees Not to Prosecute Owners of Poultry Packing Plant
The U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (USICE) reported recently that the U.S. Attorney’s Office have reached a non-prosecution agreement with Pilgrim’s Pride, a poultry packing plant in connection with the hiring and employment of undocumented immigrants. Â

Nationally Known Company Fined After Immigration Audit
The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (USICE) announced yesterday that a $40,000 fine settlement was agreed between the USICE and the Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation for violations of the immigration laws relating to the employment of unauthorized workers.
